February’s Theme: The Art of Receiving

Your Tiny but Mighty Mission: Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to simply say "thank you" when receiving a compliment. Receive it with awareness and intention. No deflecting, self-deprecation, or forced reciprocity. And for bonus points, accept one offer of help in a similar way. What do you notice? That's it! Easy peas-y.
