Full Refund Policy

Life and Lovely Things, LLC is committed to providing the highest quality products, service, and value.

REFUNDS

We offer refunds on purchases made of the goods, services, and digital products, along with associated programs, offered on our Website within 30 days of purchase, with the following exceptions:

  • Automatic renewals (even if the automatic renewal is a first payment due to a free trial promotion)

  • Private coaching sessions

  • Where otherwise stated

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund (and return instructions, if applicable) within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at hello@lifeandlovelythings.com. You must return tangible goods to receive a refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling). You must cancel subscription based services to receive a refund of any payments made within 30 days of your first purchase.

After 30 days, all goods, services, and digital products purchased are 100% non-refundable and returns will not be accepted, unless otherwise stated. See the remainder of this Full Refund Policy for details. 

PAYMENTS ON PROGRAMS

You are responsible to pay the full amount of the price you originally agreed to pay for any program - including but not limited to virtual and physical events, courses, intensives, and workshops - regardless of if you leave the program, do not complete it in the time-frame provided, or don’t use the container at all. If you are not able to pay in full for a program and require a payment plan you are still responsible for the full purchase price of the program originally agreed to. 

LIFE AND LOVELY THINGS COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP

All memberships in The Life and Lovely Things Community Membership Program (a monthly subscription-based membership program) will be automatically renewed on the date of purchase each month. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and canceling your membership. If you cancel your membership, you’ll keep access to gated content for the remainder of the billing cycle until the cancellation effective date. At the end of the billing cycle, no further payments will be due. You will still have access to your customer account, but links to gated content will not display. You may request a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of your first purchase.

TRIALS AND OTHER PROMOTIONS

If a free trial promotion is in place, refunds will not be offered. While Life and Lovely Things, LLC often provides promotional trial periods, it is not guaranteed that any service will be promoted with a trial. Life and Lovely Things, LLC retains the right to provide trials and other promotions as needed.

INTENSIVES

With the exception of The Creators in Love Mastermind, Intensives are contingent on your monthly membership in The Life and Lovely Things Community Membership Program. If you enroll in an Intensive, you are responsible for the additional monthly cost of any Intensives you attend during your active membership.

With the exception of The Creators in Love Mastermind, your participation in Intensives will be automatically cancelled with the cancellation of your membership, and no further payments for Intensives will be due.

CREATORS IN LOVE MASTERMIND

If you enroll in the Creators in Love Mastermind (a 6-month Intensive program), you are responsible to pay the full amount of the price you originally agreed to pay. If you are on a payment plan, and you choose to leave the program, you are responsible for completing all payments until the full purchase price of the program originally agreed to has been paid.

LATE PAYMENTS

If payments are late we reserve the right to remove you from all programs, and from the Life and Lovely Things community membership and Creators in Love Mastermind where applicable, until payments are again current. We also reserve the right to terminate your agreement and you will be responsible for paying the difference of the full price for each program that has taken place since you registered. 

LIVE PROGRAMS AND PROGRAM CHANGES

While Life and Lovely Things, LLC provides mainly live programs, it is not guaranteed that any program will be live. Life and Lovely Things, LLC retains the right to provide pre-recorded programs as needed. Additionally, Life and Lovely Things, LLC retains the right to offer new programs, remove programs, and change the cadence by which programs are offered, at any time and without notice to you.

PRIVATE COACHING

If you are purchasing private sessions, you are responsible for the entire amount originally agreed to. There are no refunds or early terminations for these services.

FINAL NOTES

Nothing herein shall limit Life and Lovely Things, LLC from seeking payment for any chargeback or credit card disputes made by you at any time. 

By accepting the terms of this agreement, you agree to never dispute any charges already paid, no matter the payment vehicle. (Example: Paypal, Square, Thrivecart, Authorize.net, bank transfer, etc.)
